Meet Our Attorney, Daniel R. Whitmore, P.S.

Daniel R. Whitmore, Attorney at Law, is dedicated to protecting clients’ rights by providing personal, fast and aggressive representation so that they can receive the best care and compensation for their injuries.


Licensed in Washington and Oregon, Mr. Whitmore was recognized on the Top 100 Settlements in the United States for 2017 and Top 100 Labor and Employment Settlements for 2018. He has obtained fair compensation for thousands of clients including $892,000 and $775,000 for motor vehicle collision victims, $580,000 for a man injured at a construction site and more than $21 million in back wages.


Although Mr. Whitmore focuses his practice on motor vehicle collisions, construction site accidents, slip/trip and fall incidents, and cases concerning very complicated medical conditions, he is also very experienced in handling workers’ compensation (L&I) matters. He has been lead counsel for more than 20 class action lawsuits involving unpaid wages and insurance company bad faith. Recognized by his peers as a fair-minded jurist, he is frequently chosen to serve as arbitrator. He has lectured at continuing legal education seminars on insurance and injury law, and was a chapter author for the WSAJ Motor Vehicle Collision Deskbook. 



Daniel R. Whitmore graduated from University of Washington School of Law with Honors in 1994. He began his career in law at the Seattle-King County Public Defender Association as an Investigator and at the Law Office of Dean Standish Perkins as an associate attorney before opening his own practice in 1999.
